Ali is an accredited coach, experienced personal development consultant and Co-Founder of Purple Pebble People.

Ali joins the Wakefield Business Awards panel for the first time for 2024.

A former head of organisational development and with a bevy of experience in senior roles within FTSE 100 companies, Ali has more than 27 years of experience in learning and organisational development, facilitation and coaching.

A qualified coach, NLP practitioner, and strengths worker, she’s fascinated by the way the brain works, and how by changing our thoughts, we have the power to change our lives. Highly skilled, savvy and emotionally intelligent, Ali is a dedicated advocate of research, science and dealing in facts – which is complemented by her warmth, communication skills and nonjudgemental approach.

Ali has supported individuals and businesses around the globe, facilitating learning in France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Mexico, Sweden, Turkey, Finland, and the USA as well and throughout the UK. Ali has works with leaders and teams at all levels from board members into their team members and beyond.

With a deep interest in working with the whole person, Ali also enjoys using alternative methods in her practices from Systemic Constellation work, Insight Cards and a variety of psychometrics. She always works with the clients needs in front of mind and holds space for what is desired by them in her coaching and consultation work.
