Dave Kitson has had an extensive career in emergency services and training, spanning over three decades. As an operational firefighter and training officer with West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, he gained substantial experience in various crucial areas such as casualty care and advanced first aid. Transitioning from his role in the fire service, Dave took up a teaching position at a Further Education (FE) college, where he shared his expertise with young individuals aspiring for careers in Public Services. In 2019, Dave made a significant move by establishing his own business, DAK Training. This endeavour was driven by his desire to continue passing on his skills and knowledge to a broader audience. Dave’s training portfolio is diverse, covering a range of subjects likely related to emergency response, public safety, and compliance.
