Join businesses, councillors and partners from across the district as we launch a new vision for economic growth in Wakefield.

The Wakefield Economic Growth Plan is one of the Leader’s key priorities, and will outline our priorities for supporting growth, investment and opportunity, with a focus on the key sectors that will drive the district’s future success.

The event will be launched by the Leader of Wakefield Council, with remarks from the Chief Executive of Wakefield Council and a panel discussion featuring local business leaders.

A light breakfast and refreshments will be available.
