Narinder Gill

Narinder has worked for over 2 decades in the educational field, successfully leading three schools as a head teacher and currently works part time as the School Improvement Director for Elevate Multi-academy Trust, creating and leading the educational strategy and vision for the Trust.

Since 2013, Narinder has been the owner and director of Inspiring Generations which aims to develop and inspire future leaders. As a trainer, consultant and executive coach she has worked at an individual and organisational level, with a proven track record of improving outcomes across a range of industries.

From 2013 -2023 she was the Director and owner of Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees providing strategic direction to the development of a professional culture within the health and social care field.

Whist at Bluebird Care, Narinder was proud to have been the Winner of Wakefield Employer of Choice in the Wakefield Business in Excellence Awards (delivered by Wakefield Express) in 2021 and Employer of the Year at the Wakefield Business Awards in 2022.
