SHS is a unique, survivor-led and professionally informed safeguarding and wellbeing consultancy based in the heart of Yorkshire at the Nostell Priory Estate.   

Formed back in 2018. SHS delivers safeguarding consultancy and face-to-face courses, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Courses, DfE-accredited and approved Senior Mental Health Lead training for schools and colleges, and Mental Health training and policy writing for the work place. Lead by Sarah Henry CEO Sarah works alongside very carefully chosen associates to deliver high impact training to workplaces around mental health. SHS is established as a CPD Centre of Professional excellence and attracts clients from all over the UK. Sarah is also a Reiki Master and offers Reiki healing from the Walled Garden Sanctuary Unit 9.
